Dan Kosta will be joining his good friends Emeril and Alden Lagasse in New Orleans for Carnivale du Vin. This four-day culinary and wine experience benefits children’s charities.
Founded in 2002 by Chef Emeril Lagasse and his wife Alden, Emeril Lagasse Foundation is a 501c(3) public charity headquartered in New Orleans. The Foundation’s mission is to create opportunities to inspire, mentor and enable youth to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education.

As is our tradition, Santa Claus himself will be stationed at our tasting lounge for photos with the family. Snap a selfie with Santa, sample and purchase holiday bottles (they make great gifts!). All ages are welcome. We’ll have a craft table for the kids to write their letters to Santa!
